My interaction started late December with Rejoice needing to assist me with our VISAs. She was of utmost support to me in a sense that gave me a calm to getting through the whole dreaded VISA process as I have never experienced before. Rejoice answered my endless questions at whichever part of day it was and at no time did she ever give me an unsure answer. Rejoice was confident in all that she said and stayed honest to the whole process as to what can or cannot happen even in the last minute with a VISA process. For me I felt that Rejoice extended her work ethic when she messaged in the midst of a Saturday afternoon to say: ‘Ash we received your payment and we busy looking for your appointments for VISA’. I thought wow, this is super impressive, how many people would care when you sit in anxious predicament of a VISA process. By Monday morning, it got even better when Rejoice messaged to say, ‘you have your appointment on so on date’, I could not believe it. I then just realized; I am one step closer in realizing a dream come true because of Rejoice. I would like to commend Rejoice’s professionalism and efficiency.
